According to the AARP, nearly 90% of adults over 65 want to remain in their homes
as they age, yet few have taken the steps to do so.
VERSA OT for Seniors provides Occupational Therapy services to older adults in their own home environments. VERSA's mission is to promote independence and prevent falls in older adults through preventive home safety assessments, aging in place consultation, and engagement in meaningful everyday life activities (occupations).
It's never too early to assess your needs and to plan for your future.
The CDC has found that falls are the leading cause of injury for adults ages 65 and older, with most falls occurring in and around the home.
